Welcome to Landen’s Holiday Lighting LLC. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before requesting or using our services.

Landen’s Holiday Lighting LLC provides:

• Christmas light design and installation
   
• RGB pixel light shows synchronized to music
   
• Takedown and storage options
   

Services are available throughout Louisiana and surrounding areas.

• All quotes are free and provided based on the details you share.
   
• Final pricing may vary depending on property size, design complexity, and additional requests.
   
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
   

• A deposit may be required before installation.
   
• Remaining balances are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
   
• We accept [insert payment methods: cash, card, etc.].
   

• Installations are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
   
• Customers are responsible for ensuring property access during scheduled times.
   
• Takedown typically occurs after the holiday season (specific dates will be provided).
   

• Ensure that outdoor electrical outlets are safe and functional.
   
• Remove any obstacles that may prevent safe installation.
   
• Obtain approval from HOAs or property managers if required.
   

• Landen’s Holiday Lighting LLC is fully insured.
   
• We are not responsible for damage caused by faulty wiring, weather conditions, or misuse after installation.
   
• Customers assume responsibility for lights and equipment while installed on their property.
   

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before installation may receive a full refund of deposits.
   
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before installation may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
   
• No refunds once installation is completed.
   

All designs, light show programming, and media created by Landen’s Holiday Lighting LLC remain the intellectual property of the company and may not be duplicated without permission.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
